Darcée D. Before working on a freelance basis, she served as Senior Scientific Writer at Tulane University and received degrees in biomedical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (BS) and the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor (MS, PhD). She has certificates in medical writing and editing from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) and a certificate in technical writing from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
